But first, let’s take a trip down memory lane so you can know how I got from where I started to where I am now. Are you ready? Let’s go!
My Story
I started working as a sales representative in 2002 for Heel, a homeopathic pharmaceutical company well known for its hero product Traumeel, making a little over $15 an hour and struggling to pay my bills.
Even though I was selling double my budget, because I was new; they wouldn’t recognize my value. It was discouraging.
When one of my internationally renowned doctors said to me, “You should be the doctor, you know so much.”
It was the spark of light that fueled what I knew I had inside, but needed someone outside to make it clear.
So, I went to naturopathic college in 2007. Heel was shocked I was leaving, so they promoted me to Medical Advisor and gave me everything I wanted, as they wanted me to stay with the company.
My Medical Advisor position helped support me through school as I was working to graduate in 2010.
But, tragedy struck in my last year of college when I got dreadfully sick from all the stress, mold exposure, and plastics in my clothing/environment.
I didn’t realize that I was a “canary in the coal mine”, meaning I was one of those people that can get terribly sick, even with a small amount of exposure.
The scary part was that everything I’d worked and struggled so hard for was about to be destroyed because I was at a tipping point where I didn’t know if I would survive or die.
Yes, being ill was awful at the time, but if it wasn’t for that experience I wouldn’t be where I am now. Have you ever felt this way?
Even though I was doing almost everything under the sun to fix it – IVs, colon hydrotherapy, diet, exercise, supplements, etc. I was still dealing with mold toxicity, IBS, EBV, PCOS, and chronic fatigue.
But being sick actually brought me to what ended up saving my life: The Castor Oil Pack.
The Castor Oil Pack (COP) was my game changer
And because of my literal life-changing experience with the Castor Oil Pack, in my 4th year of naturopathic college, my first Castor Oil Pack company (Ecoqol and the OJA) was born.

You see, while I was running my first company and working in clinical practice as an ND in what I thought was the dream clinic I created, I was burning the wick at both ends with no time to even breathe. Have you been there too?
I loved my patients, I loved that my Castor Oil Packs were showing up in more and more stores, but I wasn’t happy because I had no life. Can you relate?
Through the COP my patients found me. All of my colleagues were worried about getting patients, but I wasn’t, because in just 3 months the products I was offering were bringing people to me.
My everyday hustle in the clinic broke my fiancé and I and tore down my original Castor Oil Pack company. *Which neither of us were supposed to continue selling, but underhandedly my ex-fiance continued selling and stole all of my clients.
I asked myself, do I want to stay stuck in the past, fighting for that? Or do I focus on my future and move in the direction of my new dreams?
What came next?
Freedom from the golden shackles. Sounds good, right?
I decided I wanted to go online so I could free myself from the golden shackles I had gradually locked myself up with. So I started training. From 2013- 2018 I spent every weekend learning all about online marketing.
I was the non-tech savvy one with no online social selling skills, but I was determined to learn e-commerce marketing. Is this you too?
Honestly, if I can do it, you can too.
Even though I started the WRONG way, thinking I needed to write a book to make it big... It ended up flopping. I thought it was what I should do because everyone else was doing it!
